Where do I come from? Where do I come from, some might answer and say they come from one side of the world and some might say they come from the other. Well, where do I come from is the question, I come from a world of curiosity.

Curiosity, as my friend Webster puts it, a strong desire to know or learn something. All brilliant people in the world start by asking questions. Alexander Graham Bell, Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Edison and many more. Everyone who asks questions does not always receive the answer. Being from a world of curiosity resolves in thinking if there even is an answer to everything? What are dinosaurs, what is a cell, why is it that when I jump I fall back down, these are all questions people thought of and got the answer. The bigger picture is that if nobody asked questions and held them inside we wouldn’t have some of the most magnificent inventions/theories in this world today.

Everyone has a different perspective, yet some have the same predictions and stories to tell. Why is it that when people ask questions in class they get teased for being a “geek” or a “nerd”. Kids get bullied everyday for wanting to know something they have never encountered in their life before. They say “knowledge is power” but how are you supposed to get that power if the people are ignorant and tease you for asking questions? When I was younger I sat back and watched kids get teased for having glasses and being smart. The people who are most successful in life are the ones who question things, the ones who sit back and ask questions that have never been asked before, them and the Kardashians of course.

The reason for curiosity is to have an explanation for the next person who asks the same question. Without it everything interesting in this life wouldn't exist.
