I was born in hidden valley California on March 9, 2000. I also lived briefly in Oxnard, (basically doesn't count) and lived in Ventura since I turned two years old I literally moved to my home in Ventura on my second birthday. I have a undeniably great family, I have a brother, my mom, and my dad, and we all live together in one home.
I come from a small town and have grown on the good side of this county. I have had many different experiences that most kids don't get the opportunity to have. My family is successful and really encourage me to go to college, which I understand I want to be successful too. Also tell me that I should enjoy everything that I can like high school and life in general which is also a good thing.A thing that has impacted my life was having family around often, when I was in elementary my grandma would always be at my house to watch over me and my brother which was really awesome. She would make awesome food and help us with home work, or take my friends, my brother, and I to the park. Now that my family is home more we joke around a lot and it is fun, we are together a lot which is awesome. We annually would see my grandparents that live on the east coast or they would visit us, although not very many visits to my aunt and uncles. On my mom's side her aunt and uncle live in Japan and our family haven't been there together yet, but they have traveled to America and stayed with us before.
I have come from a place where I have played sports and other athletic activities. I played sports since I can remember and wasn't too good at them when I was younger, but during whichever year I joined the Tigres track team was the year that changed that. This was a time where I was pretty slow and out of shape and this was the sport that made me care more about my body more. Even though I have a lot of participation medals in my closet somewhere, I still became more in shape. This was a sport that actually pushed me and made me work, unlike basketball or soccer at younger AYSO, VYBA ages did. Since I that track season ended I haven't done since, I did it once and moved on from that to basketball then to water polo. I started when I was in seventh grade since my mom encouraged me to try it out. This was a choice I won't regret because if I didn't play or continue to play now who knows where I would be or what I would be doing. Every sport has gotten me to make new friends and skills that I wouldn't get anywhere else Water polo is another sport that is like track, it will make you tired, it will push you, and makes you super buff. Really sports have impacted my life a lot physically, mentally, and socially.
Socially I have had it pretty well, I have been teased and all but I have friends which are good. I have grown with people who have made bad decisions and I have made bad decisions too, but from these mistakes I have learned a lot from what my actions and words have done. I have friends who many do bad things, but now from my experiences and as I learn more I know right from wrong even better. My friends are awesome, some from a camp and some from school, they are all great. Friends I have made and people I have met really do impact me in unmeasurable ways. I have a really good life in my eyes with some unmentioned bad things that everyone has to go through at some point or another, but overall I come from a place where my family is together and around, a place where I am physically active, and have great people to be around.
