I was born on September 11, 2000 at CMH in Ventura, California and I weighed 7 pounds and 10 ounces. My dad was born in Cincinnati, Ohio and my mom was born in Hong Kong. My parents contacted by short phone calls and letters. They would send letters to each other everyday. When my dad realized he loved my mom he proposed over the phone. My parents had two weddings they had a traditional Hong Kong wedding and a backyard cozy wedding. My older sister Kira was born on January 25, 1998 at CHM. My family and friends are a big part of my life. My parents are loving, caring, helpful and supportive. I don’t know what I would do without them. My friends are funny and kind. I love my friends. Supposedly I meet my friends at CPC. I don’t really remember but I just know its been along time. We always make great memories and I can’t wait for more. For preschool I went to Community Presbyterian Church (CPC). All I really remember from preschool is washing plastic babies in tubs, doing arts and crafts, and playing on the play ground. For Elementary school I went to Loma Vista. I had some great memories there. I remember in kindergarten I just got my ears pierced and I touched my earring and I couldn’t find the back of my earring. So I went home and my dad checked it out and he saw that the back of my earring was buried under my skin. My dad had to get twisters and get it out. Also I remember choreographing a dance in a play, doing the the talent show about a duck wanting grapes and doing the fifth grade challenge. In middle school I choose Cabrillo Middle School and for high school I was able to go to Foothill Technology High School. In middle school I did this class called woodshop. I loved this class we got to build really anything we wanted. I made a chest, desk, table, clock, and two bowls (all of these things were made out of real wood). So far high school has been a great experience. What also makes me, me is dancing, sewing, and drawing/painting. I started dancing when I was four years old. I did chinese dance and ballet, but now I do modern, contemporary, ballet and chinese dance. Dancing is a big part of my life. I also enjoy sewing. I have a small company with my sister. We make bows, headbands and little bags. I love sewing when I make something I just feel so happy. Lastly I love drawing and painting even if I’m not good. When I’m older I really want to be a Physical Therapist. What lead me to that field was actually experiencing physical therapy. I had knee problems from dancing and my doctor requested me to go to physical therapy. So when I went to Pacific Therapy Services, INC. I saw people in deep pain from surgeries or injuries. When I felt the pain I realized that I really wanted to be in this field. I am so lucky to have great parents and friends. The past has made me what I am today. All of these things represent me helping people, dancing, sewing and drawing/painting.
