A world of confusion was one I entered into; what came of the future? What was ahead of me I wondered. As a young boy, I knew I was destined for more than the average person, but was this true? I always strived for the future, and never gave up on myself. What was ahead of me? What would fate bring to the table? Well I guess I must figure out myself.
I grew up in Oxnard; with my mom and dad(They didn't live together). With a long future ahead of me, my mother and father tried to give me all they could; which was a lot, and I thank them for that. When I was little, my mother began dating someone; I was then introduced to my step sister, Peyton. After a few years, my mom and stepdad had two children, Dylan and Amelia. With my dad I grew up with just him, sometimes he would have a girlfriend, but none married him; with my dad I originally lived in Oxnard, but towards middle school we moved to Ventura.
As a child, I grew up with video games, I used to play them all the time. I had always liked the idea of there being a hero, and having them save the world. I liked the fact the people would do so much for the world. I used to also play with action figures and make my own little stories along with them... to be honest I still have all those toys. Then, there was a time that felt kind of blank to me, at least action figure and video game wise, from like 4th to 6th grade, I don't remember playing many video games and stuff. Fourth grade was a turning point for me, I had just switched schools. My teacher had tested my writing skills, and I was horrible ; it was almost as if I didn't have an imagination. She definitely sparked something in me, after that day writing felt easy. A while later, my parents started fighting a lot over me, they really didn't get along, I was just really angry. I decided to draw a hero who felt my pain, but fought through it. This was a day, one that changed my life, it might not seem like much, but after I created this... I wanted to become a video game writer. I loved video games, and I love making stories, so it really suited me. Still to this day, I'm making new ideas for my video games. I want to create a new world of ideas, I want people to be inspired to be better people.
Although there is many things I'd love to do like be in a band, I think video games are the perfect choice for me. Will this be the future held for me?I'll just have to keep working hard, and not give up. Then, in the end I will succeed.
