My World My world is mainly influence by my family, community, and lifestyle. Those are the things that shape who I am as person. They are the reasons that inspire me to follow my dreams and have an aspect of the world. The world that I have grown up in has given me a perspective of who I have became and want to become. The determination to persevere anything that goes my way. I was born on October 23,2000 in a city called Ventura,Ca. Ventura Is located northwest of LA near the Pacific Ocean. Ventura is mostly known for it’s surfing conditions and historical landmarks. I have lived in Ventura my hole life. I grew up in an area known as the avenue living in these complex apartments. For the most part, I grew up around bad influences. Surrounded with people who did drugs, drop out of school, or joined “gangs”. Growing up in these areas made me realize that I don't want to become like them. Seeing people not caring about nothing and struggling in life. This made me see a whole different perspective of the world. It persuade me to get a good education so I won’t end up like them. My family also makes an huge impact that defines who I am. I have six family members my mother, my father, my three sisters, and I, the second youngest. My sister is the one who inspires me the most in my family. A way, I would describe her is a smart and independent person. She someone who never gives up and will do anything to persuade her dream. I actually got my inspiration to be in the medical fidel because of her. I grew up with most of my cousin’s near me and therefor we hangout a lot. They are also the reason that makes me a determined person by always supporting me. Seeing my cousin parents fighting when I was younger also made an impact to me. My aunt always fought with my uncle and later divorced, I remember her struggling to get by. One thing that she told me was to be independent and never rely on someone. My world has shaped who I am today. To pursue my dream to be a doctor and has made me a determined and independent person. My family and community has made me a wiser and stronger person.
